  • Create an inspiration board to collaborate ideas for décor 

  • Provide a list of reputable vendors in Bride and Groom’s price range

  • Attend ALL vendor meetings 

  • Review vendor contracts and confirm details

  • Reminder of monthly vendor payments and deadlines

  • Keep track of budget and keep Bride and Groom apprised of spending
